General Provisions

bdnnn is an online entertainment gaming platform that provides slots, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. This document is a legal agreement between bdnnn and the registered user.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") must be read together with bdnnn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other document on a particular matter, these Terms will prevail.

bdnnn is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment at all times. Our relationship with users is built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use services on bdnnn, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have the legal capacity to use bdnnn services.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You have not enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program from gambling or gaming.
• You are creating the account in your own name and all information you provide is true and accurate.

Each user may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, bdnnn reserves the right to cancel them and withhold the associated funds. We may request necessary documents to verify the information provided at the time of registration.

Account Management

You are fully responsible for keeping your bdnnn account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never give your password to anyone or share it with others.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times.

bdnnn may follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process where required. Some services, including deposits and withdrawals, may be limited until verification is complete. We may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification.

If it is proven that false information was provided in an account, or that there has been a serious breach of the terms, bdnnn reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account and take legal action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

You can use the following payment methods to deposit money at bdnnn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Once the deposited amount is credited to your account, it can be used for gaming.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used in your account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be restricted if the applicable bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of unusual transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold until an investigation is complete.
• All funds deposited into the account must have a legitimate source.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdnnn offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will give the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the original deposit is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the bdnnn platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• One account will not receive more than one welcome bonus.
• bdnnn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering calculations — details will be noted on the promotions page.

Gaming Rules

All games operated on bdnnn run using secure and verified technology. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the result of that bet will be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost, an ongoing game will be restored after reconnection.
• Your game history will be stored in your account for a set period of time.
• In sports betting, bdnnn determines the betting times and markets, and any market may be closed without prior notice.

bdnnn reserves the right to void any bet at its discretion if there is clear evidence of incorrect odds or a technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdnnn platform:

• Participating in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus system or any organized attempt to exploit it.
• Sharing an account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using hacks, bots, scripts, or other automated methods on games or the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Using bdnnn's intellectual property without permission.

Responsible Gaming

bdnnn believes that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of our users.

• You can set deposit limits, session limits, and betting limits on your account.
• You may use the self-exclusion facility for a set period of time if needed.

In any circumstance, bdnnn's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

bdnnn is not obligated to guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance.

Changes to Terms

bdnnn reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page along with the date of the latest update.

For significant changes, we will attempt to send notifications to registered users. However, continuing to use the platform after a change to the terms will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms before the account is closed.
